Small Family Farm in Eastern PA
Raising delicious, tender, & lean Piedmontese beef!! Our beef is completely grass fed & finished, with no hormones or antibiotics, to bring you a truly healthy product!! We have a full range of cuts, from brisket to filet mignon, as well as ground products. Also new in 2012, we are raising all natural heritage breed (Tamworth) pork. From the sausage to the bacon, our pork has amazing flavor!!! We are passionate about raising healthy food the way God intended, as compared to the factory farming of today's world, and totally embrace the local farm to table concept.
Come visit us at the farm anytime to see our animals or pick up some meat. Also visit us at Greenmarkets in New York City on any Wednesday or Saturday! We are at the Union Square Greenmarket in Manhattan on every Wednesday, year round. On Saturdays we are at Tucker Square Greenmarket in Manhattan, year round... and Saint George Greenmarket in Staten Island from May to November. We would love to see you at any of our markets OR at the farm in PA!!
